Is There any Job Guarantee after CCNA Certification?

By

CCNA certification is one of the most respected international certification offered by Cisco. Scores of people are getting CCNA certified daily. Being an entry-level certification any individual serious about making a career in the networking industry is contemplating on a CCNA certification.

There are many employers looking for qualified professionals, which are ready to give more time in improving the company's profitability and at the same time learning and promoting themselves.

Also, there is a mad rush in getting certified these days. But getting CCNA certified is one thing that no one regrets, nor will you.

Having said that, but does it offer any sort of job guarantee. The answer for this is a big NO. Nobody can guarantee that you'll earn this much or that much after getting certified.

It will certainly help you in getting an entry-level job faster than others. Many institutions say that they guarantee your job after you complete the course from them. This is not the case, they will only guide you to the appropriate place where there are vacancies. To your surprise, these very vacancies can be found on the daily newspaper or on leading jobsites.

If you want to guarantee yourself a well-paying job after your certification, then you must first prepare for the certification keeping in mind some things. Keeping a target date will help the most, but only using braindumps more than guide books will do no good.

These days, getting CCNA certified without any experience is possible. So, It becomes even more important to learn and understand all the concepts properly before picking a date to test.

If you get certified using braindumps and other stuffs, then the interviewer will certainly come to know because of your inability to give answers for basic questions. You may also come to know that the interviewer may also not be CCNA certified (Many experienced network professionals are still keeping themselves away from the rat-race of getting certified), but he/she knows their stuff. Thus, it is very important to know each and every concept properly.

Only candidates who depend more on braindumps will have to pay the price. Often, these very candidates feel cheated and think that even getting an internationally recognized certification is of no use. But then thy did not do the basics well.

There are also times when a genuine candidate is denied a job. This is sheer bad luck. The next time before going for any interview, try to research the company which you have applied. Get familiarized with the work culture, what they want and other important aspects of the company. Logging on the company website will answer most of the questions. Improve your communication skills and be genuine.

Do not try to oversell your self. Be negotiable with respect to your salary and work hours. If you think that having CCNA certification is big achievement and you will get a job anywhere if not here, then you are certainly wrong. CCNA certification is just a way to show that you have proved your mettle and ready for any challenge.
